Our Fort Lauderdale location isn't technically open (yet!) but it will be by the end of the summer.
In the meantime, we've got community events scheduled to preview the space and are actively taking clients for personal training, programming, and nutrition services.

Hours
We know that life isn't always convenient, and sometimes we need to fit in our gym time when we can. Flexibility matters, so gym members will always have 24/7 access to the space.
A coach will always be present during class times:
- Monday-Friday: 6:00-8:30 a.m. & 5:00-7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Sunday: No classes (but members still have access!)
